The other day while entertaining friends I made this dish and tripped while carrying it from the bbq to the table. Yes I was a little drunk, and no my outdoor furniture will never smell the same again. Today I’m reviewing it. These little beauties are going to poach in white wine, garlic and lemon for about 10 minutes on the barbie.

It’s Saturday, I’m having a wine, my husband is vegetarian, and so I get to own the barbecue. I’m flame grilling a beautiful aged beef cutlet this evening. I’ll be serving it with burnt sage butter from my neighbourhood herb garden. Oh baby!
